Don Gino Chaka-Runa comes from Puno, Peru with extensive experience in working with the Holy Medicine of the Holy and Divine Mother Ayahuasca.

Don Gino comes from the lineage of Mestizo Maestros – which starts with the lineage of Don Solon Tello, followed by Don Guillermo Hojanama and Don José Campos (the first two shamans already passed away). He had also embraced the knowledge of the Shipibo, learning their practices and the Holy Icaros.

Beholding an Ancient Lineage

Don Gino ‘Chaka Runa’ – the bridge man

His grandfather was a healer of a highest level, a Curandero, who was a Yatiri from the Inca lineage who spoke only Quechua and lived a 100 years and initiated Don Gino Chaka Runa in the Shamanic path when Gino was only 15 years old. He also gave Gino the name of “Chaka-Runa”, which in Quechua means ‘The Bridge Man’.

Don Gino was then introduced to Andean Cosmovision, Shamanism and the ‘work’ with the Holy Medicine of the Holy and Divine Mother Ayahuasca.

As he continued on the path the Andean Ancient Shamanic Knowledge, he felt the strong callling from the Amazons and started performing ‘Sacred Ceremonies’ with the Holy Medicine at the ‘Munay Retreat’ in Pucallpa-Peru, led by Don José Campos, who had trained him further in shamanism.

His Renowned Work

Don Gino Chaka-Runa mainly now works around the regions of the Peruvian Amazon and the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where he holds ‘Sacred Ceremonies’. He started a Holy Mission of spreading the message of the Holy and Divine Mother Ayahuasca, by traveling around the world for several years as part of the “Wake Up Human Tour”.

He is also proficient with powerful Shipibo, Quechua and Spanish Holy Icaros which provide a unique healing vibration during Sacred Ceremonies.
